Job summary

Brother Canada is seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that influence business decisions across operations and go-to-market strategies. You will collaborate with the analytics team to build tools, automate processes, and deploy data science concepts across cloud and on-premise environments.

The role focuses on creating reliable dashboards, refining ETL pipelines, and translating stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Analytics, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Applied Math/Statistics, or related fields.
• Master's degree is an asset (MBA, MSc, MMA, etc.) preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Understand and capture business needs from stakeholders to analyze and track performance.
• Gather requirements and prepare formal requirements documents.
• Develop statements of work to secure buy-in from stakeholders regarding analysis methods, timelines, roles and deliverable formats.
• Develop new reports, and enhance and maintain dashboards in Tableau.
• Generate insights by designing analyses and executing repeatable projects with statistically significant results.
• Address ad-hoc reports and analysis requests.
• Communicate execution progress through written status updates.
