Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data using statistical techniques to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop business strategies in collaboration with sales management based on data analysis.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Assist in setting sales targets and forecasts.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and evaluate sales strategies.
• Utilize data analytics tools and software to manage data and generate reports.
• Analyze and integrate market performance data with sales data to provide comprehensive insights and strategic recommendations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in administration, finance, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics or a related area.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and software, including Salesforce, Power BI, Morningstar, and Y Charts, with specific skills such as customizing dashboards, automating reports, analyzing sales trends, and market research.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively.
• Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
