You will

  • Execute and organize backend office paperwork, reports and contracts
  • Keep Avesdo and CRM accurate and up-to-date
  • Greet and register all visitors to the Presentation Centre
  • Follow up with prospects and book sales appointments
  • Maintain and stock an impeccably clean and tidy Presentation Centre, ready for viewing
  • Provide overviews to visitors as required

You have

  • A minimum 2+ years related experience
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent time management skills and can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with competency in Excel, Word and Outlook and confidence in mastering new CRM systems, database management and electronic contract software
  • An understanding of residential real estate sales and processes (a major asset)
  • A university degree or equivalent experience (an asset but not required)
  • An ability to communicate in more than one language (an asset but not required)
