Job description

An amazing opportunity to fill a true hybrid position at a dynamic automotive dealership in the heart of Vancouver, BC.

You will join and support our Vancouver Team with an emphasis on sales and administration.

The core objective of the Receptionist & Sales Coordinator is to support the efficient day-to-day operation of Vancouver Mitsubishi.

You will have the opportunity to assist and be trained by some of the best and most experienced people in the industry. This is an exciting aspect of this position and can provide a great additional income for the right candidate. There is also potential to grow into other Junior and Senior roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the Vancouver Mitsubishi team (Sales, Service, Accounting).
  2. Manage dealer inventory system to ensure efficient operation.
  3. Coordinate inventory-related tasks across departments.
  4. Serve as a professional and positive first point of contact for all current and potential clients.
  5. Support the team in maintaining regular contact and positive relationships with current, past, and prospective clients.
  6. Assist with administrative functions required for vehicle acquisition and sale.
Job Qualifications:
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with colleagues and customers.
  • Sales experience within the automotive industry is an asset but not a requirement.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively via phone and email.
  • Interest in and willingness to learn about automotive sales, leasing, and financing.
  • Office administration experience is a plus.
  • Social media marketing experience is a plus.
