Were looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all contracts of purchase and sale are accurately executed and distributed to ensure a seamless buyer experience. This role is primarily administrative; however, has a strong sales and customer service focus as the Sales Coordinator will be a main point of contact and resource for purchasers and realtors. With your team, you will work together to sell a community of pre-sale multi-family homes.

Key Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Sales, Business Administration
• 2+ years experience in a sales coordinator role
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Windows, Office, and other applications

Key Duties

• Manage contracts of purchase and sale to ensure accuracy and maintain collection of signatures on all relevant addendums and documents.
• Liaise with realtors and clients and serve as a main point of contact for purchasers and realtors.
• Greet incoming clients and give sales presentations as needed.
• Assist Sales Manager and team as required.
• Follow up with incoming sales inquiries, calls, texts, emails etc.
• Coordinate with lawyers on outstanding deposits, contracts, and closing coordination.
• Manage the distribution of Disclosure Statements and Amendments to all homeowners and collect receipts.
• Receive, log, and track all deposit funds.
• Liaise with the Marketing department and provide feedback on the effectiveness of current promotions and marketing programs.
• Daily reports and tracking of sales and traffic activity.
• Assist with signage and balloons as required.
• Stay up to date with site competition, provide reporting as needed.
• Input and manage MLS listings as required.
• Input client data into CRM and utilize Avesdo for all contract related tasks.
• Ensure the daily cleanliness of the sales centre is maintained and manage necessary supplies such as water bottles, helium, balloons, and office supplies.
