Director of Recruitment - Accounting & Finance / Technology / Sales & Marketing / Corporate Operations

Our client is a successful and profitable automotive parts manufacturer, and they are searching for a Sales Coordinator responsible for preparing responses to customer requests for quotations and managing customer data including pricing and contracts.

Abbreviated Responsibilities:

• Contract review and administration
• Manage development of new quotes and compile customer pricing for timely submission
• Summarize new quote contents and customer requirements
• Coordinate and verify all quotation activities
• Develop customer pricing from supplied cost information
• Prepare customer quote response formats
• Manage and track open financial issues to closure
• Maintain responsibilities in ERP system
• Maintain customer web portals and e-Commerce systems
• Maintain sales forecast in GSC
• Manage quote capital submissions including preparation and analysis
• Reconcile tooling costs and documentation
• Create sales and marketing presentations
• Coordinate customer visits
• Read and interpret MRP and engineering bills of materials
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Perform all functions aligned with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
• Participate in continuous improvement
• Maintain 5S standards
• Attend training as per internal matrix
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Profile:

• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or engineering
• 3-5 years of experience preparing quotes in automotive industry
• Experience with ERP (Trans4M)
• Experience in preparing quotations
• Knowledge of e-commerce systems such as Covisnt, Ims7, SPIN, CMMS, WERS, WIPS, or Supply Power
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong mathematical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong negotiation, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Valid G Driver’s license
