The Sales Coordinator provides active support to the Sales Division through various office tasks to help meet and exceed revenue goals. This role enables managers to develop new business and maintain client relationships via administrative support, account research, client correspondence, and reporting, among other duties.

Position Requirements
- Assist sales and events teams with daily client communications, proposals, contracts, and mail.
- Prepare documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
- Maintain group and tour blocks, adjusting for space requests and releases.
- Manage customer database using CI/TY as directed by sales managers.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients via phone and email.
- Coordinate and execute functions and promotions, including tours and client events.
- Conduct site inspections and participate in tourism events as needed.
- Handle office administrative duties: processing purchase orders, ordering supplies, report generation, and general office tasks.
- Support wholesale reservations input and billing processes.
- Research and follow up on existing and prospective accounts.
- Gather materials and assemble information packages.
- Promote brand awareness internally and externally.
- Communicate professionally in written and verbal forms.
- Support the Meetings and Events Team with various planning and execution tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned and provide a satisfactory criminal record check.

Compensation
Annual salary: 52K/yr
