Job description

We are looking for a Full time Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and customer support to Bunzl Industrial’s growing Sales Team.

Responsibilities

  • Support and Collaborate with the Sales Team for continuous sales growth
  • Front Line contact for Customer Inquires
    • Order entry
    • Order follow up
    • Order tracking
    • Product inquiries
  • Product sourcing for new projects
    • New sku creation
    • Collaboration with the purchasing department
  • Work with the Sales Manager and Sales Team to develop new customer leads
    • Establish initial contact via email or phone
    • Set appointments
Requirements

  • Computer Literate in a Windows operating Environment
  • High Level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to prioritize work
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and maintains excellent follow through and follow up
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Work effectively in situations that involve changes and/or competing demands
  • Performs well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiently handle confidential and time-sensitive material

Salary: $50,000-$55,000
