Job summary

Inter-Co Division 10, part of Inter-Co & Canadian Washroom Products, is seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Toronto, ON office. The role focuses on RFQ management in CRM, document review, and building strong customer relationships.

You will support the Sales & Estimating teams and handle routine office duties to keep projects on track. The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma, familiarity with construction, and a valid G driver's license.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma completed.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset.
• Valid G driver's license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage RFQs in CRM; review project docs and specs.
• Follow up with customers on RFQs and build relationships.
• Support Sales & Estimating with sales tasks and admin duties.
• Handle general office tasks: shipments, supplies, calls, mail, visitors.
• Assist with deposits and occasional deliveries/pickups.
• Review contracts for compliance and process warranties and insurance docs.
• Prepare LEED and project-related documentation.
• Prepare contracts, change orders, payment certificates and close-outs.
• Generate reports and other correspondence related to the role.

We are currently looking a Sales Coordinator for our office in Toronto, ON.

The primary responsibilities of the position will include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain and input all Requests for Quotations (RFQs) into CRM software
• Review project documentation including plans & specifications
• Follow up with customers on RFQs & develop customer relationships
• Support the Sales & Estimating team in completing other sales-related tasks
• Perform general office administration functions as directed including but not limited to scheduling shipments, ordering office supplies, answering & directing phone calls, organizing mail and greeting visitors
• Assist with bank deposits and other occasional out-of-office deliveries or pick-ups
• Reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with contract terms
• Completing project-specific warranties, insurance certificates and WSIB clearance certificates
• Completing LEED documentation and other project-related documentation
• Preparing and processing contracts, change orders, payment certificates and other documentation
• Processing contract close-outs
• Preparing various reports and other correspondence relating to areas of responsibility
