Salary: $45,000 per year

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the sales team in all activities related to sales management and customer satisfaction. You will play an essential role in coordinating sales efforts and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in the day-to-day management of sales activities.
  • Prepare and send quotes, business proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to address their inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve any issues.
  • Track ongoing sales, update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and provide regular reports on sales status.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Work closely with other departments in the company, such as production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of our products, services, and industry to better advise clients and meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales coordination or sales support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Team player mentality and ability to collaborate with different departments within the company.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.

Languages: Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, is required for this position, as we serve an international clientele.
