Job Description

As a Sales Administration Coordinator you will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to client inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  1. Review and process sales orders while ensuring deliveries in compliance with the sales administration process;
  2. Maintain and update sales and customer records;
  3. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices;
  4. Follow up on customer payments;
  5. Collect necessary information to respond quickly to e-mails and customer/distributor requests;
  6. Provide accurate order status within an appropriate timeframe;
  7. Collaborate and interact with the accounting and logistics departments;
  8. Ensure the proper implementation of our sales policy.
Qualifications

Qualifications we’re looking for.

  1. Experience:
    • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent.
    • Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  2. Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Client-centric approach and result orientation.
  3. Abilities:
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
    • A team player with a high level of dedication.
    • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
    • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
    • Languages: English and Spanish mandatory; third languages appreciated.
  4. Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
