You will play an important role in:

As our new colleague, you will be a part of the Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) department and an important contribution to the execution of our quotes/orders for international Customers, who are amongst the world’s largest marine transportation companies.

More specific your tasks will include:

  • Prepare quotations, orders and logistics for various customers.
  • Secure timely delivery of orders and follow-up with customers.
  • Regularly follow-up and coordination with the colleagues in order to ensure a structured quotation and order overview.
  • Establish and maintain good relationship and cooperation with our worldwide customers and Everllence Supply Chain.

It would also be an advantage but not a must if you:

  • Are an advanced user of Microsoft Office Package
  • Have experience with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning System
  • Have experience with marine engine spare parts and maintenance.

The LTSA Department is a part of Everllence’s after sales organization PrimeServ, where we sell spare parts, retrofit solutions, services, training and technical know-how to our customers. We want our customers to experience us as a great partner. A partner that is flexible in our response to customer requirements.

As our new Sales Coordinator you will report to the Head of LTSA Spare Parts & Logistics. Internally, you will work closely with Project Managers, Technical Advisors and Engineers, Everllence’s Supply Chain and your Sales Coordinator colleagues in LTSA.

In our Reliability Package area we help customers to keep service interruptions at a minimum by delivering spare part packages. The core of a LTSA is a maintenance plan with pre-defined and/or condition based intervals of engine inspections, preventive maintenance and associated delivery of spare parts.

We are located in Copenhagen, Frederikshavn and Holeby and as our new Sales Coordinator you will have tasks that can be managed from each location.
