Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies in Ville Saint-Laurent is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and commercial support to the sales team. You will ensure order follow-up, data flow between customers, sales reps and departments, and maintain customer satisfaction.

You will manage CRM updates, tender documentation, and marketing material, while coordinating with EHS and Quality functions and assisting department members. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• College or professional studies diploma required with experience in administrative support (ideally in a technical environment).
• Minimum of five (5) years in an administrative support role.
• Strong command of CRM/ERP tools and office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, commercial and organizational support to the sales team.
• Ensure proper follow-up of orders and flow of information between customers, sales reps and departments.
• Coordinate with EHS and Quality functions and support department members.
• Manage CRM updates, tender documentation and marketing material production.
