As a Sales Consultant for Renewal by Andersen - Midwest & Metro, you will help customers enhance their homes with our premium window and door products. You will provide expert advice, guide customers through a world-class service experience, and offer estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in-home or outside sales experience, preferably in finance, mortgage, or marketing.

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Proven sales closing record.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Paid 9-week training with ongoing coaching.
• Uncapped commission, with current consultants earning $150,000-$300,000+.
