Job description

The Salesperson works with professionalism and consistency to successfully achieve sales goals. Kitchen Renovation Experience is required.

Reporting Relationship

The salesperson reports to the manager/franchisee as applicable.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet and meet showroom walk-in prospects as scheduled.
2. Register showroom prospects in the walk-in lead tracking system.
3. Create outside leads and sales beyond those generated by the Idea Center and Design Studio’s advertising.
4. Qualify each prospect’s wants and needs to develop a sales plan.
5. Perform job site measurements and gather information to create a cabinet layout tailored to customer needs.
6. Photograph remodeling jobs being measured to provide "before" photos for the showroom album.
7. Gather information on all job-related products for customer presentation.
8. Prepare and present a quote and related information to the customer to facilitate sales.
9. Revise quotes or drawings based on customer feedback and needs.
10. Collect payments from customers.
11. Communicate necessary information to KTU Design Services to complete cabinet orders or handle ordering personally if not using KTU Design Services.
12. Complete purchase order requisitions for administrative processing.
13. Initiate job change orders as needed.
14. Meet with installers prior to installation to inspect and discuss details.
15. Maintain ongoing customer contact during the job to monitor progress and address issues.
16. Process all credit card payments from customers.
