Job Title

Sales Consultant (Commission Based) at Kitchen Tune-Up Calgary NW

Job Description

The Salesperson works professionally and consistently to achieve sales goals. Kitchen renovation experience is required.

Reporting Relationship

The salesperson reports to the manager/franchisee as applicable.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet and meet showroom walk-in prospects as per floor coverage.
  2. Register prospects in the walk-in lead tracking system.
  3. Create outside leads and sales beyond those generated by advertising.
  4. Qualify prospects' wants and needs to plan sales actions.
  5. Perform job site measurements and gather information for cabinet layouts.
  6. Take 'before' photographs of remodeling jobs.
  7. Gather product information for customer presentations.
  8. Prepare quotes and related information to secure sales.
  9. Revise quotes or drawings based on customer needs.
  10. Collect payments from customers.
  11. Communicate order details to KTU Design Services or complete orders independently.
  12. Complete purchase requisitions and initiate job change orders.
  13. Inspect job sites prior to installation with the installer.
  14. Maintain customer contact during the project and monitor activities.
  15. Process credit card payments from customers.
