Job summary

Cambridge Ford is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Cambridge, Ontario dealership. The role offers a competitive pay rate of 40,000–100,000 CAD per year, with commission potential up to 35% and performance bonuses.

We provide ongoing Ford factory training and professional development in a supportive team environment. You will help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle, demonstrate features, conduct test drives, and explain financing, leases, warranties, and protection

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital tools.
• Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Sales-driven mindset; able to learn automotive products and financing options.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, financing, leasing, warranties, and protection products.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Stay current on Ford products, technology, and promotions.
• Deliver an outstanding ownership experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery and beyond.
