Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Sales Consultant for the Audi Thornhill team in Vaughan, Ontario. The role is commission-based, focusing on lead follow-up, meeting goals, and expanding the customer base through prospecting and referrals.

The candidate should deliver exceptional customer experiences, possess product knowledge, and participate in ongoing training while maintaining up-to-date information on vehicle models.

Qualifications

• Negotiation and closing ability.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with 3+ years driving experience.
• Valid OMVIC License required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on all leads from a variety of sources.
• Meet individual and department goals.
• Promote new business and contribute to the company’s customer base by sourcing new customers through prospecting and referral networks.
• Provide a superior experience for our customers to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and participate in product training.
• Set monthly productivity goals and plan how to reach them.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all vehicle models.

This role is Commission based.
