Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Sales Consultant for the Markham Kia team. This commission-based role focuses on following up leads, meeting sales targets, and growing the customer base while delivering superior service.

Applicants should have a valid Ontario driver’s license with 3+ years’ driving experience and an OMVIC license. Industry experience is preferred, and a strong negotiation skill set is essential.

Pay Rate: Thisrole isCommissionbased.

Responsibilities:

• Followup on all leads from a variety of sources
• Meetindividual and department goals
• Promotenew business and contribute to the company's customer base by sourcing newcustomers through prospecting and referral networks
• Providinga superior experience for our customers in order to exceed theirexpectations
• Demonstratinga high level of product knowledge, including participating in producttraining available
• Setgoals for each month’s productivity; plan and organize how to reach thoseobjectives
• Maintainstrong knowledge of all vehicle models

Qualifications:

• Effectivenegotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
• Abilityto build and maintain rapport with customers
• Industryexperience preferred
• ValidOntario Driver’s License with 3+ years driving experience
• ValidOMVIC License required
