  • Someone with proven consultative sales experience, comfortable following a structured sales process from initial contact to close.
  • You have the perfect balance of being highly motivated, results oriented, empathetic and caring.
  • You thrive in multitasking environments, balancing networking, prospecting, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • A natural networker with a passion for building relationships.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and sales-related software.
  • You have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

What You'll Do:

  • Position yourself as an expert, using Chartwell’s consultative approach to guide seniors and their families in transition to retirement living.
  • Work collaboratively with your management team to ensure an exceptional customer experience for each prospective resident.
  • Drive occupancy to meet and exceed sales targets by building meaningful relationships.
  • Utilize Chartwell sales tools and technology, including YARDI CRM, to track sales performance and analyze trends to drive improvement.
  • Through follow-up calls and personalized visits, guide prospects through the sales process from initial inquiry to lease signing.
  • Build and maintain local partnerships with professionals and the broader community that will support driving referrals.
  • Execute on creative marketing initiatives to drive initial contacts.
