Territory Sales (Consumer Goods)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive territory business plan with objectives and strategies for key accounts.
- Execute the sales process, utilizing CRM (Salesforce) to record activity and gather account information.
- Conduct training sessions and share product updates, new programs, or initiatives with customers.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales projects outside the territory as needed.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Represent the company and brands at trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration with specialization in Sales & Marketing (asset).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a field sales role.
- Experience in automotive or commercial industries is an asset.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Proven success in territory sales, including creative and data-driven selling, merchandising, and account management, particularly with direct and indirect headquarter accounts.
