Job summary

A leading Canadian company is seeking a Territory Sales professional to develop and maintain business plans and execute sales strategies in the consumer goods sector. This role involves utilizing CRM systems, conducting customer training, and monitoring market trends. The successful candidate will have a diploma in Business Administration and at least three years of field sales experience, particularly in automotive or commercial industries.

Location: Our client is an industry-leading Canadian company that manufactures, distributes, and markets products for automotive, commercial heavy-duty, and industrial markets.

  • Execute the sales process, utilizing CRM (Salesforce) to record activity and gather account information.

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales projects outside the territory as needed.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities aligned with business goals.
  • Represent the company and brands at trade shows.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration with specialization in Sales & Marketing (asset).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a field sales role.
  • Experience in automotive or commercial industries is an asset.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Proven success in territory sales, including creative and data-driven selling, merchandising, and account management, particularly with direct and indirect headquarter accounts.
