Territory Sales (Consumer Goods) - Kitchener, ON

Our client is an industry-leading Canadian company that manufactures, distributes, and markets products for automotive, commercial heavy-duty, and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive territory business plan with objectives and strategies for key accounts.
  2. Execute the sales process, utilizing the CRM (Salesforce) platform to record activities and gather account information.
  3. Conduct training sessions, share product updates, and introduce new programs or initiatives to customers.
  4. Assist in developing and implementing sales projects outside the territory when needed.
  5. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities aligned with business objectives.
  6. Represent the company and brands at trade shows as required.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration with specialization in Sales & Marketing (asset).
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Field Sales role.
  • Experience in automotive or commercial industries is an asset.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Proven ability in territory sales, including creative and fact-based selling, merchandising, and account management, especially with direct and indirect buying headquarter accounts.
