Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive territory business plan with objectives and strategies for key accounts.
- Execute the sales process, utilizing the CRM (Salesforce) platform to record activities and gather account information.
- Conduct training sessions, share product updates, and introduce new programs or initiatives to customers.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales projects outside the territory when needed.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Represent the company and brands at trade shows as required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration with specialization in Sales & Marketing (asset).
- Minimum of 3 years in a Field Sales role.
- Experience in automotive or commercial industries is an asset.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proven ability in territory sales, including creative and fact-based selling, merchandising, and account management, especially with direct and indirect buying headquarter accounts.
