Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Sales Consultant in Alberta to join our energized retail team. You will help customers with purchases, build relationships, and contribute to a commission-based earning model with base wage for hours worked.

You’ll stay informed about Brick products and services and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma, strong multitasking skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission. Sales Consultantswill receive credit for the hours worked within the pay period and minimum wageis paid for those hours, if commissions are not greater than minimum wage.
