Davis Dodge in Lethbridge is seeking a Sales Consultant to join a team that values collaboration and exceptional customer experiences. Meet customers, understand their needs, and match them with vehicles through test drives and demonstrations.

You'll provide product information, work with Finance Managers on financing, and finalize sales with paperwork. We welcome a flexible, driven attitude and offer competitive pay with growth opportunities; a valid driver’s license and background check are

Responsibilities

• Meet customers to understand needs and match them with vehicles through test drives, walk-arounds, and demonstrations.
• Provide product information and service features and benefits, quote prices and payments.
• Work with Sales Managers and Finance Managers to arrange financing, applications, warranty, etc.
• Finalize sales and complete all paperwork involved with sale or lease.
• Deliver the vehicle to the customer and provide in-depth instruction on key functions.

• Competitive Non-Commissioned Pay: We offer a base salary of $4,000 monthly plus a creative bonus structure. Highly driven Sales Professionals can expect to earn between $66,000 and $105,000 per year or more depending on performance!

• Ability to work flexible hours where needed
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, community engagement, or other people-focused roles is considered an asset but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and completion of a satisfactory criminal background check.

More About the Role:

• Meet with customers and prospective buyers to understand needs and wants, and match them with a vehicle that best addresses their circumstances through test drives, walk-arounds, and demonstrations
• Provide product information and service features and benefits, quote prices and payments
• Work closely with the Sales Managers and Finance Managers to arrange for vehicle financing, applications, warranty, etc.
• Finalize sales purchases and complete all paperwork involved with the sale and/or lease of the vehicle.
• Deliver the vehicle to the customer once purchased, providing in-depth instruction on key functions within the vehicle.
