We are seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves helping clients realize their dreams by partnering with contractors and homeowners, building relationships based on trust, patience, and creativity.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of sales experience in a retail-like environment
• Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas
• Excellent listening skills to build relationships
• Friendly, optimistic, and positive attitude
• Ability to ask insightful questions
• Strong follow-through via email and phone
• Commitment to product knowledge growth and learning
• Flexibility to work weekends at the store or trade shows
• Ability to project manage and coordinate with different departments

Daily Responsibilities:

• Support clients through their buying and decision-making process
• Learn and demonstrate product knowledge effectively
• Develop and execute sales plans to build new relationships
• Process POS orders
• Collaborate with team members to serve clients better
• Suggest ideas to improve efficiency
