Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and prospective buyers to understand needs and match them with a vehicle through test drives and demonstrations.

• Work with Sales Managers and Finance Managers to arrange financing, warranties, etc.
• Finalize sale and complete all paperwork involved with sale/lease.
• Deliver the vehicle to the customer and provide in-depth instruction on key functions.

More About the Role:

• Meet with customers and prospective buyers to understand needs and wants, and match them with a vehicle that best addresses their circumstances through test drives, walk arounds and demonstrations
• Provide product information and service features and benefits, quote prices and payments
• Work closely with the Sales Managers and Finance Managers to arrange for vehicle financing, applications, warranty, etc.
• Finalize sales purchase and complete all paperwork involved with the sale and/or lease of the vehicle.
• Deliver the vehicle to the customer once purchased, providing in-depth instruction on key functions within the vehicle.
