Job summary

Myers Kingston Cadillac Chevrolet Buick GMC Inc. is seeking an automotive sales professional to join our Kingston team. You will guide customers through the car-buying journey, helping them choose vehicles that fit their needs and budget, while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

You will coordinate test drives, complete paperwork accurately, and follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction. The role comes with a base salary plus bonus and commission plans, comprehensive benefits,

Qualifications

• Clean criminal record and eligibility to work in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license and OMVIC certification are required.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Customer-service oriented mindset with focus on long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and via electronic messaging.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget.
• Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
• Coordinate test drives and accompany customers on test drives.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
