Job summary

Myers Kingston Cadillac Chevrolet Buick GMC Inc. in Kingston is seeking a Service Advisor to communicate with technicians, advise customers on vehicle care, and schedule service appointments. You will follow up on repair progress and notify customers of any changes in estimates or times.

A detail-oriented, customer-service minded team player is needed. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred; Reynolds and Reynolds knowledge is a definite asset, and a valid driver’s license is required

What you will do:

• Communicate with the technicians to ensure job is done properly.
• Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Help find solutions to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Follow up on the progress of each repair order during the day, ensuring to contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time promised.
• Handle phone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and returning phone messages promptly.
