Job summary

Myers Automotive Group is seeking a service advisor to join our Ottawa team. You will coordinate with technicians to ensure quality service, advise customers on vehicle care, and schedule appointments while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a client-focused approach. A valid driver’s license is required, with opportunities for training and growth within our local communities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the technicians to ensure the job is done properly.
• Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Help find solutions to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Follow up on the progress of each repair order during the day, ensuring to contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time promised.
• Handle phone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and returning phone messages promptly.
