Job summary

Island Owl Mazda in Campbell River, BC, is recruiting for a high-earning sales role with a base salary of $4,000/month plus commission. The position offers a salary range of $65,000 to $125,000 annually and a path to a long-term career within the Steve Marshall Group.

Experience in sales or customer service is preferred, automotive experience is a bonus but not required, and we are ready to train the right person. Evening and weekend availability is a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a professional, welcoming way.

• Set appointments and convert opportunities into sales.
• Learn and present vehicle features, options, and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and guide customers through purchase decisions.
• Work with the Finance team to complete deals smoothly.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Create repeat and referral business.
• Become a trusted advisor in your community.
