What You'll Do

As an RV Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service while making life-changing memories for our customers by:

  1. Selling Adventure: Greet customers, understand their needs, and match them with the perfect RV to fit their lifestyle.
  2. Master Product Knowledge: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest RV models, features, and innovations, offering expert advice to customers.
  3. Customer Experience: Guide customers through their RV journey, providing exceptional service and helping them choose the right RV for their next adventure.
  4. Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed sales goals while introducing additional products and services to enhance the RV experience.
  5. Build Relationships: Foster long-lasting relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sale support and ensuring a smooth purchase process.
What We're Looking For
  1. Sales Experience: Whether it’s in RVs, cars, boats, furniture, or real estate, experience is a plus—but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!
  2. Exceptional Communication: You’re a natural communicator, able to connect with a variety of customers and deliver top-tier service.
  3. Sales-Driven: You thrive on meeting and exceeding sales goals, working independently to close deals.
  4. Team Player: You collaborate easily and support your team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
  1. Previous sales experience in RVs, cars, boats, furniture, or real estate is a plus.
  2. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong organizational and presentation abilities.
