Job summary

IKEA Calgary invites you to join a team that cares about people and the planet. You will lead and coach co-workers, maintain an optimal stocking level, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience aligned with IKEA values.

With minimum 5 years related experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role, you help create inspiring product displays and share up-to-date knowledge. The role offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package and competitive starting salary in CAD.

  • Share up-to-date knowledge about the product range and IKEA services with co-workers.
  • Set individual and team goals and objectives focused on optimising customer shopping experience, whilst leading, coaching, supporting and motivating co-workers to achieve these goals and objectives.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 62710 CAD to 86226 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
