Job summary

Manitoba Blue Cross in Winnipeg is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Group Sales Team with new sales, ongoing client and advisor activities, and departmental initiatives. You will help manage monthly reports and other documentation, maintain advisor accounts, and assist in developing orientation materials for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Dedicated to exceptional service and addressing customer needs for internal and external customers.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Post‑secondary degree, certificate, or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Business Analyst or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assists with sales support processes involving Group Sales department.
• Prepare Sales Proposals.
• Update department Confluence page.
• Assist with monthly reports and documentation.
• Maintain advisor accounts.
• Post Plan Admin Guides and Custom Forms on the portal.
• Participate in project teams for corporate and department projects.
• Manage Client and Advisor contact lists for communications.
