Job summary

Wine Rack is part of Arterra Wines Canada and is seeking a customer-focused associate to join our Ontario wine boutiques. You will deliver exceptional service, participate in wine education opportunities, and help with merchandising and stock replenishment in a lively, team-oriented store.

As a team member you will process POS transactions, assist with community events and festivals, and strive to meet daily shift targets in a fun, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education is required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in-store.
• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments and replenishment.

Requirements

• 19 years of age or older.
• High School or equivalent education is required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders.

Compensation

$17.85/hour
