Job Description
A Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Sales Associate provides exceptional guest service across Eataly’s QSR counters, serving gelato, pastries, coffee, paninis, and other Italian treats. Reports to the QSR General Manager and Assistant General Managers.

• Provide service across all QSR counters
• Complete food preparation assignments neatly, accurately, and promptly
• Set up stations and replenish displays, including allergen separation
• Ensure items are dated and follow FIFO standards
• Prepare collateral, weigh, label, package, and serve products
• Comply with policies, health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Operate cash register accurately and handle cash drops
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and guest service skills
• Experience operating a cash register preferred
• Food service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Requirements

• Availability to work onsite with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for up to 8 hours
• Ability to operate equipment like espresso machines, blenders, juicers, and cash registers
• Smart Serve Certified
