Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize customer satisfaction.
  2. Motivates and supports team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  3. Supports the maintenance of restaurants to ensure they are noticeably cleaner than others.
  4. Provides coaching and feedback to the restaurant team.
  5. Ensures that preventive maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment is completed according to company standards.
  6. Implements marketing strategies and follows cash control and security procedures.
  7. Manages inventory and labor, and applies financial reporting analysis to enhance restaurant results.
  8. Ensures compliance with government regulations, policies, employment laws, food safety, security, and operations.
  9. Handles recruiting, selecting, hiring, and retaining effective team talent.
  10. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  11. Maintains prompt and regular attendance for shifts, meetings, and training.

Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or GED required.
  2. Two years of college preferred.
  3. 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
  4. Completion of all internal certification programs.
  5. Ability to travel within the USA.
  6. Proficiency in English language communication, including speech, reading, and comprehension.
  7. Strong math skills and computer literacy in Windows-based applications.
  8. Leadership and development skills.
  9. Ability to prioritize and organize work and time effectively.
  10. Problem-solving skills with the ability to view solutions from new perspectives.
  11. Ability to persuade and motivate restaurant employees.
  12. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  13. Desire for growth and development.
  14. Ability to set daily directions for employees to support business objectives.
  15. Experience managing a restaurant budget.
  16. Ability to interpret customer needs and assess requirements.
  17. Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  18. Ability to understand customer needs and address non-routine requests.
