Job Responsibilities:
- Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Motivates and supports team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Supports the maintenance of restaurants to ensure they are noticeably cleaner than others.
- Provides coaching and feedback to the restaurant team.
- Ensures that preventive maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment is completed according to company standards.
- Implements marketing strategies and follows cash control and security procedures.
- Manages inventory and labor, and applies financial reporting analysis to enhance restaurant results.
- Ensures compliance with government regulations, policies, employment laws, food safety, security, and operations.
- Handles recruiting, selecting, hiring, and retaining effective team talent.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance for shifts, meetings, and training.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two years of college preferred.
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
- Completion of all internal certification programs.
- Ability to travel within the USA.
- Proficiency in English language communication, including speech, reading, and comprehension.
- Strong math skills and computer literacy in Windows-based applications.
- Leadership and development skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work and time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to view solutions from new perspectives.
- Ability to persuade and motivate restaurant employees.
