Psycho Bunny, the rebelliously refined clothing brand, is seeking a Sales Associate for our Premium Outlets Montreal on-site location. Join a bold team delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience and representing our vibrant, premium line.

You bring at least 1 year of retail sales experience and comfort using POS systems. You will help maintain visual standards, protect inventory, and build lasting client relationships to grow sales and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Strong customer service skills and energy.
• Comfort with POS systems and basic merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping.
• Ring transactions and perform related tasks such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• Protect store assets and inventory by following loss prevention procedures and reporting issues.
• Engage with customers authentically to build long-term relationships and drive sales.
• Capture customers' contact details to grow a loyal client base and increase conversions.
• Support store management with other duties as required.

The Opportunity

The sales associate reports to the Store Manager and guarantees a consistently high customer experience within the Store, per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.

Your Daily Adventures

• You will assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• You will develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• You will protect store assets and inventory by being aware of loss prevention procedures and reporting any violations to a supervisor.
• You will employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales.
• You will build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers' phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
• You will assist with all other duties as required by store management.

Your Toolkit

• We require a minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
