Job summary

Psycho Bunny is seeking a Sales Associate for the Yorkdale Shopping Centre on-site. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, support store presentation, and learn our premium brand standards.

You will operate the POS, handle merchandise transfers and orders, and help protect store assets while building lasting relationships with customers to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Understand computer systems to ring transactions and perform transfers/orders.
• Protect store assets and report loss prevention violations to a supervisor.
• Engage with customers to build long-term relationships and drive sales.
• Capture customers' contact details to grow the loyal customer base.
• Perform other duties as required by store management.

The Opportunity

The sales associate reports to the Store Manager and guarantees a consistently high customer experience within the Store, per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.

Your Daily Adventures

• You will assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
• You will develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• You will protect store assets and inventory by being aware of loss prevention procedures and reporting any violations to a supervisor.
• You will employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales.
• You will build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers' phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
• You will assist with all other duties as required by store management.

Your Toolkit

• We require a minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
