Job summary

ALDO Group is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate in Ontario. You will drive sales, welcome customers, and uphold our fashion-forward store standards. This role requires energy, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for fashion.

You will support daily store operations, merchandise displays, andloss prevention procedures while fostering an inclusive shopping experience. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industry is required or preferred.
• Strong interest in fashion and trends is a plus.
• Energy and enthusiasm to engage customers and drive sales.
• Willingness to work day, night and weekend shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO is all about driving sales while creating a great in-store experience. You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets
• Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Support daily operations like restocking and backstore tasksHelp create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome
