Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Sales Associate to enhance in-store customer experience and drive sales in our Toronto stores. You will greet customers, discuss needs, and guide purchase decisions with product knowledge.

Responsibilities include ringing up sales, assisting with stock and shipments, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. Prior retail experience is preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus, and you must be at least 18 years old.

• 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience preferred.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great service.
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus.

What You Will Achieve

• Greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and ask about their shopping needs

• Support on product shipment deliveries and organize stockroom
  What You Will Need
• Preferably 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age
  Physical Requirements:
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
