Job summary

POP MART is a global leader in trend culture and entertainment, seeking Sales Associates to enhance salesmanship and customer experience across its stores. You will greet customers, share core product information, and guide them to confident purchases.

The role requires 1+ year in retail, strong communication, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual abilities are a plus; you will work with a dynamic team and support stockroom and shipments. Market-competitive packages offered.

What You Will Achieve

What You Will Need

• Preferably 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
