Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Sales Associate to join our stores in Canada. You will help create a welcoming shopping experience, provide product information, and guide customers to suitable items. You will use the cash register and participate in stockroom organization and shipment support.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail customer-facing experience, a confident approach, and willingness to engage customers in meaningful conversations. Multilingual ability is a plus.

What You Will Achieve

• Greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and ask about their shopping needs
• Subject matter expert on POP MART core business information
• Offer customers product recommendations and provide information to help them make product-related decisions
• Use the cash register to ring up customer transactions
• Support on product shipment deliveries and organize stockroom

What You Will Need

• Preferably 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
