Job summary

POP MART is seeking Sales Associates to enhance salesmanship and customer experience in our stores. You will greet customers, discuss shopping needs, and act as a product information resource while processing transactions at the cash register.

You will also support shipments and stockroom organization, with opportunities to grow and lead within a dynamic, global brand. Prior retail experience preferred; being fluent in multiple languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
• Able to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50 lbs as needed
• Must be at least 18 years of age

What You Will Achieve

• Greet customers, engage in friendly conversations, and ask about their shopping needs
• Subject matter expert on POP MART core business information
• Offer customers product recommendations and provide information to help them make product-related decisions
• Use the cash register to ring up customer transactions
• Support on product shipment deliveries and organize stockroom
  What You Will Need
• Preferably 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver great customer experience
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age
  Physical Requirements:
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
