Job summary

POP MART is looking for Sales Associates to contribute to salesmanship and customer experience across our stores. You will greet customers, act as a product expert, and help shoppers select items while processing transactions. You’ll also assist with deliveries and stock organization.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail, are confident communicators, and welcome multilingual abilities. This role is full-time with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1+ year of retail customer-facing experience.
• Confident engaging customers to deliver great customer experience.
• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

What You Will Achieve

What You Will Need

• Ability to speak or understand multiple languages is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
