Royal Distributing is seeking Sales Associates for our busy retail location in Canada. You will engage customers, identify their needs, and recommend powersports products to keep riders on the road.

The role requires strong customer service, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will handle transactions, assist with merchandising, and maintain safety standards, including wearing steel-toe boots.

We provide our customers with quality products and top service to keep them riding their snowmobiles, ATVs, motorcycles, dirt bikes and more. The Opportunity

We are currently seeking Sales Associates to help us at our busy retail location. We are in search of team members with strong customer-service skills that can ensure our customers have the best possible in-store experience. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, has strong interpersonal skills, and has past experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Determining customer needs and recommending products for purchase
• Working together with the retail team to meet and exceed store objectives
• Assisting with merchandising and maintaining visual standards
• Ensuring customers are being provided with the best possible shopping experience
• Adhering to company safety policy and safety compliance regulations
• Working POS systems to help serve customers
• Process customer transactions and ensure a positive customer experience
• Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor/manager

Additional Information

• Starting Rate: $17.95/an hour
• This position reports to the Assistant Store Managers and Store Manager
• This position requires team members to work varying hours, seasonal overtime, and shifts during days, evenings, and weekends
• This position requires team members to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) throughout the store
• Steel toe, green patch work boots are required
• This is a vacant open position.
