You will work under the direction of the Sales Manager to support the Area Sales Managers in our Calgary and surrounding area community show homes and sales centres.

What You Will Do

• Support our customers through the sales process, from greeting them in the community to accepting deposits for their new homes.
• Explain our sales process clearly and professionally, ensuring high customer service standards.
• Represent Homes by Avi and the community professionally.
• Review floor plans and specifications with potential customers to help them select the perfect home.
• Maintain guest information in the customer database.
• Assist Area Managers in developing repeat and referral business.
• Research strategies and opportunities for new business pursuits.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on events and initiatives to meet sales targets.

Your Qualifications – The Must Have’s

• 2+ years of proven sales experience in an independent environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with computer systems and prospecting databases.

Additional Skills – The Nice To Have’s

• Experience in home-building or construction development industry.
• Familiarity with residential mortgage instruments.
