  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
  • Farm background or familiarity with agricultural production practices
  • Students pursuing a business degree with a strong agricultural background are encouraged to apply
  • Previous agriculture, sales, customer service, or leadership experience
