Job summary

Staples Canada in Woodbridge, ON is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site position. You will deliver exceptional customer service, engage customers, and drive sales across furniture, technology and office supplies while working toward store goals and margin targets.

You will uphold store standards, assist with merchandising, signage, and stocking, maintain health and safety practices, process transactions at the POS, and participate in learning programs and recognition

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Calmly de-escalate and assist in complex customer situations to ensure their concerns are addressed effectively or refer to a manager/supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment by performing tasks like dusting, front-facing products, and ensuring demo units are clean and functional.
