Camarillo Fitness Management Holdings LLC, trading as CamFit, is seeking a Sales Associate to be the friendly face of the studio, welcoming members and guiding them through membership options.

You will drive studio growth by meeting sales goals, manage inquiries and memberships, and partner with coaches to deliver an exceptional member experience. This role supports daily operations and requires strong communication and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred).
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community.
