Job summary

Staples Canada is seeking a retail team member to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance engagement in furniture, technology, and supplies. You will work with store leadership to set sales goals, uphold brand standards, and support merchandising and signage across the floor.

Job Description

Some of what you will do

Specifically, you will

• Engage with and sell to all our customers by offering tailored products and services using all tools and techniques available in our selling model to anticipate and meet future customer needs.
• Handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including shipping transactions and marketing tools to convert customers.
• Calmly de-escalate and assist in complex customer situations to ensure their concerns are addressed effectively or refer to a manager/supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment by performing tasks like dusting, front-facing products, and ensuring demo units are clean and functional.
